General Notices

• Students on all trips and on-site activities MUST wear full School uniform.

• During the AEE week it is advisable that you have the following items with you on the trip: Something waterproof e.g. an umbrella or a waterproof jacket. A bag for your packed lunch and a bottle of water

Off-site Trips

• All students will meet in set locations to register.

• All students will be travelling by public transport unless visiting a university where coaches are provided.

On-site Activities

• All onsite activities including Year 11 options and the  Year 10 Inspire week , start immediately with no tutor time.

• Normal break and lunch arrangements apply for all on-site events, with break for all at 11:20am and lunch being served at normal times for key stage 3 (12:40-1:10PM) and 4 (1:45-2:15PM)
