In order to build the cultural capital of our students, it is essential that they have a wide, rich set of experiences outside of the classroom and curriculum. It is important that we foster students strengths, talents and interests so that they can better understand their passions and using their talents in the future.
We know that it is important to get students out of their comfort zones. At Rock UK (Carroty Wood in Kent) they tailor secondary school trips to include challenging outdoor education activities which help boost self-esteem.
A visit to the activity centre can cover many areas of the curriculum through outdoor learning including; PHSE, SMSC, maths, geography, science, RE and many more. The team will work with us to tailor the students experience to meet our learning outcomes. Their aim is that students return to the classroom instilled with a sense of achievement and empowered to want to achieve more with a new appreciation for learning.

We believe that the memorable experience trip should be experienced by all of our students, so we run this trip free of charge!
